I am a professional licensed teacher by profession who specializes in biology,
but is currently working as a customer service representative. This has allowed me to know how to communicate well with others of different backgrounds using the Filipino and English languages, and at the same time, learn other skills aside from teaching which includes creating instructional and professional presentation materials using PowerPoint Presentation, Google Slides, and Canva, encoding and processing different data using Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets, creating reports, teaching and learning materials such as worksheets, course guides, and modules using Microsoft Word and Google Docs, as well as writing professional emails for different purposes. Furthermore, my background in the field of Business Process Outsourcing as a Customer Service Representative has allowed me to not just master the skill of multitasking using several tools at the same time while assisting and connecting to a customer, but at as well as hone my ability to connect to customers and understand their needs properly.
