In terms of experience, I’ve handled 30+ US clients for a bookkeeping firm from general ledger maintenance to clean-up and catch-up projects and from various industries including Health care, Hotels, Construction, Roofing, Digital Media, Pressure Washing, Creative studio, E-commerce, Electrical solutions, and Landscaping.

From my experience and learning, I'm familiar with: QuickBooks Online, Airbnb, Owner Rez, Gusto, ADP, Stax, Acculynx, Stripe, Amazon, eBay, and Paypal. As for other softwares or reports, learning them is easy as long as Google is free.

These reports include but are not limited to these analyses: Vertical Analysis (accounts as % of total revenue or total expenses), Horizontal Analysis (Current period performance vs previous period performance), and Financial Ratios (KPIs).
