I am currently the Accounts Payable Officer of an Australian food chain company. My duties include invoice processing, supplier payments and coordination, accounts payable and bank reconciliation, and overall management of the company's accounts payable end-to-end process. My previous experience was as a Senior Accounting Analyst of a global consulting firm and I was assigned to a US-based international oil and gas company. My tasks in this role included journal entry preparation, accounts reconciliation, and reporting. In this role, I was recognized for my process improvement initiatives and excellent work output. I have also worked in a retail company as Marketing Head. My primary responsibilities included social media management, content writing and scheduling, graphic design conceptualization, merchandising, advertising, brand creation, marketing strategy, supplier sourcing, corporate communication, media outlet coordination, network building and leading a team of graphic and interior designers. In two years, I have transformed the company's social media presence with consistent branding, messaging and contents that speak well to the target market. I am also the company's representative in acquiring support from our partner brands, local government units and different professional organizations. In-store, together with my team, we have pivoted the way the company sells its products through standardized marketing collaterals, modular displays, and merchandising that tell a story. At the core of all these responsibilities, it is my excellent written and verbal communication, leadership and organizational skills that allowed me to successfully manage and lead every project and initiative and build strong business relationships with clients, suppliers, media partners, and my colleagues.
