Hello, I'm Patrick Oclarit. I started my BPO journey way back 2019. My job was to assist different types of customer's concern and providing them with a satisfactory answers or resolution to their issue. I've worked as a Customer Service Specialist for a U.S Telco company, U.S. E-commerce platform, I've also part of the Escalations Team for a UK Food Delivery Company. I've also has an experience working as a technical support engineer. We troubleshoot internet connection in the Hotel's and Dorms.
I have excellent communication and people skills with the ability to get along great with a diverse group of people. I can engage in friendly conversation, answer basic questions and provide general information about the surrounding area. I can work efficiently as part of a team or independently, whichever is needed to ensure the job is done according to company policy and standards.
I have the skills and ability to meet the demands of any job position and to ensure the job is performed according to the standards of the company. I have the ability to manage my time wisely to ensure that the jobs/task are properly done.
I am also dedicated and high trainable to learn more skills that can help me to be more productive.
