Profile Description

I started my career as a food preparation specialist for almost 4 years in a restaurant. Not only as a food preparation specialist but also an all-around employee. Then after 4 years in the food industry I shifted my gear towards contact center industry where I learned more on good customer service and how to become more confident in speaking the English language. Then after a year in the contact center industry I became a Marketing Staff in a Korean Language Tutorial Centre where I handle potential applicants who wants to work in South Korea. I was also tasked on making advertisement messages or materials like flyers to be handed out and sometimes making phone calls and text messages to advertise our weekly orientation. But most of the time we are using Facebook ads as a major advertisement tool in order to boost our sales and with regards with that I also have an experience handling social media account particularly Facebook.

I have a wide range of experience in Marketing, Social Media Handling, Social Media Marketing, CRM Management, Email management, and Data Entry. Most of my Virtual Assistant experience is in the Real Estate industry, with clients from Kentucky, Washington, North Carolina, California, and Melbourne, Australia. With that being said, I am also knowledgeable in the Real Estate field, from listing the property up until the closing of the deal and tagging the property as sold in the MLS. Some of the tools I'm familiar with are FlexMLS, REMAX, Dotloop, Hubspot, Chime, Mailchimp, Trello, Planoly, Zillow Premier App, Microsoft Office, and Google Suites. Some of the Social Media Accounts I'Upgrade to see actual info handled are Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok. I am also well versed in photo and video editing using tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Canva, Filmora, and Luminar AI.
