I got more than 4 years of experience being a Real Estate Licensed Acquisition Manager and at the same time Trainer. My job details are cold calling real estate residential/land sellers and locking up deals using the 4 pillars which are CONDITION, MOTIVATION, TIMELINE, & PRICE. I'm efficient when it comes to negotiations in making OFF Market sellers ask prices reasonable in win-win situations for both parties. After we agreed on a specific offer I closed the deal and sent purchase sales & agreement, or AS IS Agreement form using Docusign. I can prospect off-market sellers, and write Agreement Forms. I know how to use Propstream, Propwire, Data Tree, and LandID, to get COMPS, & ARVs. I can also use Dialer/CRMs such as Readymode, Close, Asana, Batch Dialer, CallTools, CallRail, REISift, REIReply, RESimpli, Podio, Freedomlogic, Kixie, & Mojo.
