I've handled email, shipment transactions, audit, inventory, and data entry for two years as a Dispatch Clerk in an Electronics Manufacturer Company also I've been part of the BPO industry for almost 2 years. I am a former Customer Service Representative and handled Amazon Account. My task includes providing good customer service, follow-ups, assisting the customer with their order status in their Amazon account, and processing replacement, return, and refunds of items if necessary. Also, I was a Telemarketer. I've handled Insurance and Medical Supplies as a Medical Specialist Representative for over a year. I have 2 years and 3 months of experience as an appointment setter/cold caller in a financial advisory agency. I am helping clients with their businesses by scheduling a consultation between the prospective client and a Specialist and/or Financial Advisor. Calling prospective clients using a list of phone numbers provided by the company, making outbound calls to prospective clients, and professionally interacting with them. Recorded time and date of appointment in Google Sheets. Set, scheduled, and managed appointments with clients, for the sales team. Promoted services to clients over the phone. Created and maintained accurate and complete records of all customer interactions.
