Profile Description

 My name is Upgrade to see actual info from the Philippines. I've been working as a real estate virtual assistant for 3 years (mainly cold calling, appointment setting and working on spreadsheets). I experienced working with investors (wholesalers, cash buyers, flippers) and Realtors. My main task is to generate leads from distressed homeowners. I also experienced looking for on/off-market distressed properties, deep skip tracing, identifying tax delinquent properties thru the tax assessor's office, managing the data, SMS campaigns, as well as following up with the leads. I am passionate about my role, and I strongly feel that I can make a positive and long-lasting impact on any organization. I am goal-driven and money-driven, no matter how hard the work is, I'll make sure that in the end it is done perfectly.
