I also record lead details accurately in Podio CRM, including relevant information gathered during calls for future reference using different dialers depending on the company's chosen dialer.

In my previous roles, I have demonstrated my skills and expertise in various aspects of remote work, such as operations management, CRM management, appointment quality control, process improvement, virtual communication, and data entry. I have also used various tools and platforms, such as Slack, Zoom, Skype, Microsoft Teams, and Podio, to facilitate effective collaboration and communication with remote teams and clients. I have received positive feedback and recognition from my managers and colleagues for my performance, professionalism, and reliability.
