Led the month-end closing procedures for General Accounting, Fixed Assets, and Inventory related accounts. Revamped inventory and fixed asset process and implemented to all 60+ units across two hospitals. Modified Inventory and Fixed Asset Master Data for migration to new ERP (Microsoft Dynamics NAV).

Prepare and provides monthly and weekly reports to clients. MTD sales, expenses tracking, sales analysis, runways and burn rates. Involved in budgeting preparation by providing consultation to division leaders in analyzing/preparing their budget and other related concerns before their budget presentation.

Performs month-end closing tasks which include but not limited to accrual & prepayment entries, bank reconciliation. Performs fluctuation analysis of the financial statements. Reviews the reasonableness of Income Statement and Balance Sheet accounts.

Adding/matching daily transactions in QBO. Performs bank reconciliation. Performs adjusting entries. Performs troubleshooting for QBO issues. Spearheads the accounts payable section from reviewing the invoices, managing payments and ensuring timely and accurate recording of expenses.

Co-chaired the revamped of accounts payable process of the client. Reduced inventory variance expense of the company by 30%-40% within 2 years after assuming the role. Modified Inventory and Fixed Asset Master Data for migration to new ERP (Microsoft Dynamics NAV).

Handles the client’s email for accounting related transactions. Built good rapport and relationship with foreign clients resulting to better engagement handling and overall outcome.
