Since 1999, I've worked in the publishing industry--began in print and eventually moved on to digital content creation. Throughout my career, I've worn different hats, but all of them involved creating content:
-Editorial assistant for a print magazine (FHM Philippines)
-Features editor for print magazines (FHM Philippines, Seventeen Philippines)
-Associate editor for custom print publications
-Social media manager (ABS CBN Foundation)
-Media producer (Yahoo Philippines)
-Content editor (GetCraft Philippines, edamama)
-Freelance writer and editor for several websites, including Avida Land's Pursuit of Passion, GMA Network Online, Real Living online, Smart Parenting online, Clark Magazine of BCDA (Bases Conversion and Development Authority), and Seafarer Asia magazine.
-Video scriptwriter (Nissan Philippines, Ford Phililppines)


In these roles, I've learned and developed several skills including the following:
-Write informative articles within the deadline
-Edit stories from contributing writers according to clients' briefs
-Effectively manage a staff of creatives--writers, graphic artists, and layout artists
-Create a content lineup that reflects clients' marketing and social media strategies
-Construct SEO-relevant content
-Efficiently manage my time to handle tasks with little supervision
-Collaborate well with local and international teams virtually

All these, I am able to do with help from online collaboration tools, Adobe programs, Google Suite, and Microsoft Office programs. 

I am a creative individual who is well-versed in creating content that drives sales, increases awareness, and enriches readers and viewers' experience of products and services.
