*Fluency in the English language- Studied Bachelor of Arts in English, I have worked for an American company for 8 months, I have a neutral American accent. On a scale of 1 to 10, 1 being the lowest and 10 being the highest I could easily say I am a 10. 

*Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel, MS Powerpoint as well as its Google counterpart.- I've Upgrade to see actual infoe lots of work on these kinds of applications since my previous jobs required the 3 of these especially MS Excel and MS Word. *I've been with 2 BPO companies as an advanced customer service representative and part of the quality assurance team. I'm very knowledgeable when it comes to proofreading, organizing, and sending/receiving correspondence, multi-tasking, and keen on details.
