I used Microsoft excel in inputting datas in material estimation, material take off and Bill of Quantities as well as billings for faster and easier computation and organizing datas.

I had a data entry experienced when I was a Quantity Surveyor where I was task to estimate material quantity, input data using Microsoft excel or Spreadsheets and create formulas for faster and easier computation.

Multitasking requires organization as well as time management, so in my job experienced it was my daily chores to be able to catch up with the project's timeline.

I used Canva to edit my resume, creating social media graphics, blog posts, Facebook and Instagram reels, and other graphics designs.

I can manage calendars, and I have experience in scheduling.

Multitasking as a civil engineer is important and is a must, so was used to multitask since construction is a fast-paced industry. And as a quantity surveyor I was task to estimate material quantity, monitor material inventory, request materials, canvass and negotiate potential suppliers, prepares billings and monitor project expenditure at the same time.

In my experienced as a quantity surveyor assigned on the project's cost monitoring and estimation, I was trained to analyze every project's budget, material requirements, time frame and labor cost to align the budget to the actual cost and avoid profit loss.

Successfully completed Fynlo’s Bookkeeping Course, a comprehensive hands-on program covering essential financial skills. Developed expertise in financial document interpretation, gaining the ability to analyze balance sheets, income statements, and other reports. Mastered transaction recording and classification, ensuring accuracy in managing the chart of accounts, debits, and credits. Gained proficiency in accounting software and bookkeeping tools, enhancing efficiency in financial management. Strengthened financial analysis and decision-making skills to assess business health and support strategic planning. Applied knowledge through real-world problem-solving exercises, improving accuracy and effectiveness in bookkeeping tasks.

I used AutoCAD a lot in my past job as a civil engineer. I used it not just in design but also in acquiring datas like dimension, specifications and as project representation for exact material estimation.

I used Microsoft power point during our weekly and monthly general meetings for presentation of datas and reports.
