4 years of administrative experience with company's 6 different system on CARGO & TRUCKING services abroad. Specializing in Data encoding, Cargo container--Tarrif Making, inbound and outbound container services, trailer and truck day to day transactions.
Experience: 2 - 5 years
Responsibilities •Plan and manage the movement of goods, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery. •Liaise with carriers, suppliers, and vendors to coordinate transportation • Monitor Drivers from day-to-day movements & transactions ensuring safety. •Assigned to process and arrange documents from one point to destination. •Handle shipping documentation, including invoices, bills and transport Orders • Data encoding using 5 different systems • Prepare and maintain accurate records of all shipments •Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure issues are resolved quickly. •Maintain communication with vendors, customers, and internal teams to ensure the smooth flow of goods and information. Skills & Qualifications: •Attention to Detail: Ensure that all shipments are processed correctly and all documentation is accurate. •Organizational Skills: Manage multiple tasks and shipments simultaneously while maintaining an organized workflow. •Communication Skills: Effectively communicate with suppliers, customers, and other stakeholders. •Problem-Solving: Quickly resolve logistical issues and delays. •Technology Proficiency: Familiarity with logistics software, tracking systems, and Microsoft Office Suite. •Time Management: Ability to meet tight deadlines and manage time efficiently.
