Here are the usual bookkeeping tasks that I perform:
-Entering invoices, receipts, and other financial transactions into QuickBooks Online/Xero/Appfolio
-Review and post receipts and invoices in Hubdoc to be captured as Xero or Quickbooks online bills.
-Prepare and process vendor payments and reimbursements
-Process incoming invoices, verifying the accuracy and matching them with purchase orders or receipts, resolving invoice discrepancies.
-Maintain, organize, and file financial documents
-Reconcile bank and credit card statements.
-Account reconciliation, reclassification, adjusting entries
-Prepare and generate financial reports, including Profit and Loss Statements, Balance Sheets, and Cash Flow Statements
-Record and track depreciation of properties and amortization of loans.
-Assist in the month-end closing? QBO Clean-up and catch-up
-QBO Set Up/Data Migration from QB Desktop to QBO, Xero to QBO
-Account Set Up for newly managed properties(Appfolio)
-Create budgets and forecasts
