Profile Description

**Administer Physical Therapy services as determined by medically prescribed program and initially evaluates patient needs and desires to improve patients case thru interpretations of further diagnostic procedures **Implements medically prescribed Physical Therapy management programs in the hospital to restore function, and help the patient reach his maximum performance and assume long term goal towards functional improvements**Evaluate  patients' problems and formulate appropriate treatment program and may alter treatment plan as needed towards patients beneficence  **Teach and implements proper use of wheelchairs, braces, canes, crutches, prosthetic and orthotic devices, gives instructions in posture control and facilitate instructions to carryover of home exercise programs **Implements and progress therapy programs for each patient, involving physical measures, such as use of resources manually through proper exercise, massage and  modalities using heat, water, light and electricity as prescribed by the physician **Completes accurate Physical Therapy notes every after treatment session and writes all pertinent information for initial evaluation, Physical therapy notes, re-evaluation, discharge notes and other pertinent forms.**Proficient in digital trends of marketing Physical Therapy, familiar with applications in Physical therapy, medical services, telehealth/telemedicine, patients inquiries, microsoft office documents ,   transcriptions editing and proofreading.
