Profile Description

Some of the work load I can help you with are:

     * Accurate Data Entry to CRM and Documents maintenance according to your file hygiene procedures.
     * Preparing Credit Proposals/Game Plans
     * Lodging applications in ApplyOnline or LoanApp
     * Follow ups with lenders and customers for MIRs and making sure applications are progressing according to expected SLAs.
     * Ordering valuations and submitting pricing requests for new and existing clients.
     * Post-settlement cares such us rate reviews, loan anniversary tasks
     * Compliance checks
     * Tracking of progress payments for construction loans
     * Calling lenders, conveyancers/solicitors, and other interested parties to make sure settlements are on track.
     * Research, Data Scraping, and/or Data Entry
     * Email and Calendar Management
     * Social Media Creation/Management/Engagement
     * Creating graphics for presentation, posting, business paraphernalia, and more
     * Customer Service by phone, chat, and/or email
     * Other back office or admin tasks you may need assistance with! :)

A little background about me: I started working as a Customer Service Representative since 2016, supporting customers of US and Australia financial companies. My main job experience revolves in interacting with customers by phone, chat and/or email, and performing ad hoc tasks for the management. As the first point of contact, I handle questions and disputes regarding the products and services of the businesses.
