I have worked in different industries and held different positions before venturing into working and doing my first love, writing. I was a product trainer for two years for an international company that manufactures and distributes award-winning health supplements. As a trainer, I conducted seminars focusing on the scientific and medical benefits of our products. Being a bit obsessive-compulsive, I made sure to do extensive research to present unique material apart from the available resource materials we have at the company.

I have also ventured into the customer service industry briefly, where I honed not only my customer service skills but also my active listening skills, which helped me effectively address customers' concerns by showing a more personal and empathetic approach, effectively gaining their trust. 

Lastly, and up to the present, I work as a freelance writer, may it be ghostwriting, content writing, marketing copywriting, script writing for YouTube channels, or re-editing already posted work. I have written about a variety of topics and industries employing basic SEO strategies that help companies and their websites become more relevant in SERPs and increase their traffic and customer interaction, as well as trust ratings.
