I have 5 years of practical experience as an Operations and Project Manager in a worldwide technological company. As an Agile Project Manager, my day-to-day work is to understand the product vision and the problem the product is solving, help the team understand Agile principles, and how to work collaboratively to achieve the enterprise objectives. I'm passionate about converting teams from traditional Project Management to a self-organizing and functional team, where everyone relies on the Scrum pillars which are transparency, inspection, and adaption. I have sufficient experience in managing Scrum Teams, facilitating projects and meetings, removing bootlenecks and impediments and help the team deliver a working solution increment at the end of each Sprint. 

Leveraging practical collaborative activities such as having daily and weekly sync with my clients, and armed with a stakeholders mapping tool drawn for each project which I use in the technical aspect of mapping tasks and stakeholders, understanding the different audiences, the frequency of information for each audience, the level of information needed for each task, and the method of communication of each stakeholder, the result is a seamless transition to greater productivity for my clients.
