Profile Description

I worked in a Call Center for almost 3 years, I'm one of the sales representatives in our company, we do Inbound and Outbound calls, Appointment settings, live transfers to the closer, Selling through phone, and a lot more. I had experience working as a Data Entry encoder in our local area, we encode applicants for Farm Insurance. 

I also have experience as a Virtual assistant in the eCommerce/Digital Marketing business, I do web Searching, Data scraping, Product listing, Product research, Prospecting & generating potential leads using Semrush tools research, Salesforce, Linkedin Sales Navigator,  and Amazon.

I can apply the knowledge that I've learned from my previous job and company to your business or account. like how to build rapport, handle irate customers, and finish the task before the deadline. With this kind of experience, I have acquired the virtue of being patient with different people that I face or talk to every day, answering every question that is being asked thus providing excellent customer satisfaction.
