Job Title: Part-Time Zoho Expert (Email Marketing & Sales Support)

We are looking for a skilled Zoho expert to join our team on a part-time basis to help us manage our email marketing campaigns, handle incoming sales inquiries, and generate leads through the Zoho platform.

Key Responsibilities:


Email Marketing:

Create and send 2-3 marketing emails per week using Zoho Campaigns.
Segment audiences and personalize emails to improve engagement and conversion rates.
Track and report on the performance of email campaigns.
Sales Support:

Monitor and respond to incoming sales emails promptly.
Follow up with leads and inquiries until a sale is made, ensuring no opportunities are missed.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of interactions in Zoho CRM.
Lead Generation:

Identify and generate new leads through the Zoho CRM system.
Develop strategies to expand our database of potential customers.
Execute group email campaigns to nurture and convert leads.
Qualifications:

Proven experience with Zoho CRM and Zoho Campaigns.
Strong understanding of email marketing best practices.
Excellent written communication skills.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Previous experience in sales support or lead generation is a plus.
