I am looking for someone that is willing to work extremly hard, meaning you should be able to finish 3-4 projects/day

besides the fixed monthly payment i am willing to pay $100 per successful project which will most likely be the main source of income based on your performance! (potential to earn up to $12.000 extra just of bonuses/month)
