We are a growing company seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Filipino Virtual Assistant to assist with sourcing and vetting contractors for gutter cleaning and related services. If you’re organized, proactive, and skilled at research and communication, we’d love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

Source potential contractors in target areas for gutter cleaning and similar jobs.
Vet contractors to ensure they have proper qualifications, experience, and equipment (e.g., ladders, safety gear, gutter cleaning tools).
Verify credentials, certifications, or licenses as needed.
Communicate with contractors to gather information and confirm availability.
Maintain an organized database of vetted contractors for ongoing projects.
Requirements:

Based in the Philippines with strong English communication skills (written and verbal).
Experience in research, recruitment, or contractor coordination is a plus.
Familiarity with gutter cleaning or construction trades is an advantage but not required.
Proficient in Google Suite, spreadsheets, and online research tools.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
Reliable internet connection and ability to work remotely.
