senior lead funnel, email marketing, course creation & automation specialist

Looking for a senior lead funnel, email marketing, course creation & automation specialist to work full time. You will be joining a 2-person team. You will be fully responsible for building the backend of an online course business.
The key tools are Kajabi, Notion, Zapier and Hubspot.

Course creation and marketing on Kajabi:
- Landing pages: Building landing pages from scratch for newsletter and lead magnet capture
- Websites: design, build (drag and drop builder), and publish websites
- Email marketing: Setup and manage regular email marketing campaigns, build and populate email templates, segment audiences, set up email sequences
- Newsletter: set everything up to create a newsletter lead nurture machine
- Courses: Set up course structures and populate the provided content
- Community: Set up community and membership area
- Funnels and automations: automate backend tasks such as Hubspot – Kajabi integrations to add leads to the Hubspot CRM

Project management on Notion:
- Build a beautiful project roadmap
- Organise company assets and projects around notion features

CRM and sales on Hubspot:
- Organise CRM and clean data
- Make full use of all available Hubspot features to streamline the customer journey from sales call to onboarding

Daily admin
Once all systems are in place, you will be responsible for monitoring existing systems, schedule meetings, scheduling LinkedIn posts, engaging on LinkedIn and attending to other admin tasks. But this is for later when everything else is running smoothly.

You will be hired as an independent contractor.
