searching for investment properties

I am looking for someone with real estate experience in the US. I need someone to look for profitable properties, I need them to run comps using the criteria I have, and I also need them to calculate if they will be profitable deals. I would like to at least get 5-10 potential offers a week and have at least 3 successful purchases a month. This includes off market and on market properties. I am looking for hard work, honesty, and longevity. I would like to stick with the same person for as long as possible so please be legit. I am willing to talk further on it all. Not too sure on wages and hours just yet, may be flexible. I would also like someone that can help me manage and find funding my business and LLC
