-Responsible for regularly gathering and maintaining the company’s customer information database, sales and costs records, and other new business data.
-Prepare marketing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing sales data.
-Keeps promotional materials ready by maintaining the company’s product catalogue and price list assuring it is accurate and up-to-date. Coordinating requirements with other advertising stakeholders; inventorying stock; placing orders.
-Coordinate with and supports sales team by providing sales data, market trends, forecasts, account analyses, new product information obtaining customer feedback regarding the company’s products and services on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
-Conduct research of competitor’s products and activities by identifying and evaluating product characteristics, market share, pricing, and advertising; maintaining research databases.
-Plans meetings and trade shows by identifying, assembling, and coordinating requirements; establishing contacts; developing schedules and assignments; coordinating mailing lists.
-Supports the marketing team in conceptualizing marketing plans and activities.
-Implements different marketing campaigns and activities according to the marketing plan.· Monitors budgets by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts.
-Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities and trainings; reading trade publications.
-Accomplishes organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
-Perform other duties and responsibility as required.
