We are seeking an Appointment Setter and Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. This individual will play a crucial role in both managing our appointment scheduling process and leading our marketing efforts to promote our services and engage with potential clients.

Appointment Setter
As an Appointment Setter, you will be responsible for scheduling and coordinating appointments with potential clients. You will ensure smooth communication and act as a liaison between our team and clients.

Responsibilities:

Contact leads and schedule appointments for consultations and assessments.

Maintain and update appointment scheduling software to ensure accurate records.

Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.

Provide excellent customer service and handle any client concerns professionally.

Follow up with clients to confirm appointments and reschedule if necessary.

Qualifications:

Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Ability to work independently and efficiently.

Experience in customer service or appointment setting preferred.

Proficiency with scheduling tools and CRM systems is a plus.

Position 2: Digital Marketing Specialist
As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive brand awareness and engagement across various digital platforms. Your efforts will help grow Favour Home Health’s online presence and attract new clients.

Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google Ads, etc.).

Create and curate engaging content, including social media posts, blogs, and email newsletters.

Manage website updates using platforms like WordPress or Wix.

Optimize content for SEO and conduct keyword research to increase organic reach.

Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics and Meta Business Suite.

Collaborate with the team to create marketing materials and ensure consistent brand messaging.

Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in digital marketing and adjust strategies accordingly.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist or in a similar role.

Strong knowledge of social media platforms, paid advertising, and SEO strategies.

Experience with content creation, including graphics and videos (tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite).

Familiarity with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Constant Contact).

Ability to analyze data and generate insights for continuous improvement.

Excellent communication and attention to detail.

Preferred Skills:

Knowledge of the healthcare or home care industry.

Experience in influencer or community marketing.

Basic video editing skills.
