Position Details:

• Hours: 3 hours per day, 5 days per week
• Work Schedule: Monday through Friday
• Location: Remote (flexible within working hours)

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries, manage orders, resolve issues, and maintain excellent communication with clients.
• Image Editing: Perform basic edits and enhancements to product images, ensuring visual consistency and quality across all listings.
• Etsy Store Management: Update product listings, monitor inventory, manage promotions, and ensure the store runs efficiently on a day-to-day basis.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience managing an Etsy store is required.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to handle customer queries effectively and professionally.
• Proficiency in basic image editing software (e.g., Canva, PhotoRoom).
