In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and care. Additionally, you will assist with marketing projects to help grow our brand and engage our audience. Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone,
Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently, escalating to the appropriate team when necessary.
Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude toward customers at all times.
Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
Monitor and manage customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
Marketing Support:
Assist in the execution of marketing campaigns, including
Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and develop creative ideas.
Help manage social media accounts by scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and monitoring analytics.
Support the creation of marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and newsletters.
Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
Assist in organizing and promoting events or promotions.
Qualifications:
1-2 years of experience in customer service, marketing, or a related field.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM software.
Basic knowledge of social media platforms and marketing tools (e.g., Canva, Hootsuite, Mailchimp).
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Creative thinker with a passion for marketing and customer engagement.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with graphic design or content creation is a plus.
Familiarity with SEO and digital marketing strategies.
