*Key Responsibilities:
As a Shopify Dropshipping Customer Support Specialist, you play a pivotal role in transforming our eCommerce brand's customer support vision into a tangible reality. Your primary mission is to ensure a seamless and exceptional customer experience by skillfully managing various aspects of customer support.
You'll demonstrate your expertise through:
Email
Timely and professionally responding to customer inquiries and concerns, offering solutions with a high degree of professionalism and courtesy.
Shipping Status Management:
Vigilantly monitoring and ensuring the timely delivery of customer orders, guaranteeing that our customers receive their purchases promptly and with the utmost satisfaction.
Customer/Order Issue Resolution:
Proactively managing a wide spectrum of cases, including delayed orders, exchanges, refunds, and replacements for damaged or incorrect items, ensuring that our customers' concerns are efficiently addressed.
Returns Case Handling:
Efficiently managing return requests, meticulously handling approvals, and ensuring accurate and prompt refund processing, thereby maintaining the trust and confidence of our valued customers.
Communication:
Collaborating effectively with your tea
Issue Escalation:
Identifying and promptly escalating urgent matters that require immediate attention to the relevant managers, ensuring swift resolution and a seamless customer journey.
Weekly Reporting:
Compiling and delivering comprehensive reports detailing the general status of orders, fulfillment, shipping, and critical matters to the store manager, contributing to informed decision-making.
Process Adherence:
Ensuring the rigorous adherence to and, when necessary, updating of standard processes and procedures to maintain our high standards of service quality and customer satisfaction.
