The company is a skincare brand for men that was born out of a necessity to create a product that would better the lives of men. We saw that our Demographic was being fiercely underrepresented, and we knew we needed to help men have choices in the grooming realm that was simply neglecting them.
We are looking for a support expert who is highly intuitive in understanding the customer’s needs and providing them with meaningful solutions to everyday grooming problems for men. This specialist will be working with our global team and be
responsible for providing customer services to our customers.
Responsibilities:
• Replies to real-time customer inquiries by
• Continuous monitoring of QA complaints while tracking a wide range of issues as well as sending replacements (if needed)
• Understands our customer base and advocates for them internally
• Delivers high-quality insights to improve the overall customer experience, marketing, and sales effectiveness
• Proactively reaches out to customers to follow up on lingering concerns
• Deeply understands the customer’s needs to deliver the practical, speedy market solutions
• Collaborates with internal teams to implement and improve upon customer resources.
Requirements:
• Excellent English communication skills: verbal, written, and reading is a MUST
• Previous experience working as a customer service/support in the eCommerce industry is a MUST
• High level of empathy, patience, and focus
• Has the agility to learn new products with ease
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent multitasking and organizational skills
• Ability and passion for building strong interpersonal relationships
• Proactive and results-driven attitude
• Continued ability to drive product value
• Good problem-solving skills
• Dedicated home office with suitable equipment to work from home with high dependability
• Must be motivated and able to work with minimal supervision
• Previous experience working a s customer service/support for an eCommerce store for skincare or beauty products is an ADVANTAGE
• Expert experience using software programs like WooCommerce and Zendesk is an ADVANTAGE
• BONUS - speaks more than one language.
Work Schedule:
• This is a full-time position in a work-from-home setup. You will be working 9 hours a day, 5 days a week.
