eBay Virtual Assistant

We are seeking a self-reliant, highly motivated individual to manage our growing eBay store. The ideal candidate must be passionate about continuous learning and self-improvement. You will be responsible for overseeing product sourcing, customer service, and implementing process improvements. The candidate must have experience in eBay dropshipping, enjoy solving problems independently, and also be able to work within a team and have a keen eye for product research and sourcing, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

Amazon to eBay Dropshipping: Source products from Amazon to eBay and from verified wholesalers. Identify profitable products on platforms like Alibaba and Aliexpress for bulk purchasing. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally. Message Pineapple to show you read this description. Remove defects and maintain a high seller rating. Implement changes to improve our operational workflows and profitability. Data-Driven Decisions: Use tools like Terapeak, Zik Analytics, Auto-DS, Easync, or Salefreaks to research products, optimize listings, and drive sales. Issue Troubleshooting: Proactively research, troubleshoot, and resolve issues independently.

Requirements:

Proven experience in managing an eBay store, with a focus on dropshipping and bulk sourcing.
Knowledge of eBay product research tools such as Terapeak, Zik Analytics, Auto-DS, Easync, or Salefreaks.
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
Ability to work independently and make decisions.
Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong customer service background with experience in resolving disputes and removing defects.
A passion for self-improvement and learning new skills.

Bonus Skills:

Experience with process improvement and operational optimization.
Knowledge of wholesale and bulk buying strategies.

Trial & Compensation:

4-week trial period at £60 per week.
Post-trial, base pay will be capped at £300 per month with performance-based opportunities for pay increases.

The candidate will also have the opportunity to increase earnings based on their contribution to increasing monthly profits.
