eBay Listing Specialist – Remote

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented eBay Listing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating 30-50 eBay listings daily based on provided photos, item details, and custom tools. You will take photos from a shared Google Drive folder, use our custom AI tool to generate optimized listing titles, and complete eBay listings with all necessary item specifics and details.

This is a long-term, remote role with a flexible schedule as long as daily targets are met.

Responsibilities:
Download photos and item details daily from a Google Drive folder.
Use our custom GPT-based AI tool to create optimized eBay listing titles.
Log in to the eBay platform using a provided user account to create listings.
Enter item details such as weight, dimensions, and specifics (as prompted by eBay).
Ensure accurate and consistent formatting across listings.
Upload images and complete listings as drafts for review or submission.
Maintain a consistent workflow to meet daily listing targets (30-50 listings).

Requirements:
Experience creating eBay listings or working in eCommerce platforms (preferred).
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Familiarity with eBay’s listing process and item specifics.
Reliable internet connection and computer/laptop for daily tasks.
Knowledge of Google Drive and ability to download/upload files efficiently.
English proficiency (for understanding item details and creating titles).

Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience working with eBay stores or online marketplaces.
Familiarity with AI tools or content generation tools (training will be provided).
Ability to meet deadlines and work independently.

Compensation:
Competitive pay based on market rates.
Starting rate: $3–$5 USD per hour, negotiable based on experience.
