Job Title: eBay Account Manager (Part-Time)

Salary: $300 - $400 per month

Hours: 20 hours per week

Location: Remote

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented eBay Account Manager to oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of our eBay store. This part-time role is perfect for someone who is experienced in eCommerce and has a track record of successfully managing eBay accounts.

Key Responsibilities:
Account Management

Manage and maintain the eBay account to ensure compliance with eBay policies.
Optimize account health, resolve account-related issues, and maintain excellent seller ratings.
Product Listings

Create and optimize product listings, including writing compelling descriptions, setting accurate prices, and uploading high-quality images.
Monitor and update inventory levels to avoid overselling or stockouts.
Order Processing

Process and fulfill orders in a timely manner.
Coordinate with suppliers or warehouses to ensure efficient shipping and delivery.
Customer Service

Respond to customer inquiries, messages, and feedback professionally and promptly.
Handle returns, refunds, and disputes effectively to ensure customer satisfaction.
Marketing & Sales

Analyze sales trends and recommend pricing or promotional strategies to increase revenue.
Research competitors to improve product visibility and competitive positioning.
Run and manage eBay promotions or sales events.
Reporting & Analytics

Monitor sales performance, traffic, and conversion rates using eBay analytics tools.
Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports to track KPIs and suggest improvements.

Other Responsibilities:

Stay updated with eBay platform changes, trends, and best practices.
Perform other ad-hoc tasks as needed to support the business.
Requirements:
Proven experience managing eBay accounts (mandatory).
Knowledge of eBay tools and softwares such as Autods, iskytracking, Zik-anlytics etc.
Strong understanding of eBay policies, SEO, and best practices for optimizing listings.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in using eBay tools, analytics, and third-party listing software.
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledge of online retail strategies, including competitor research and market trends.
Familiarity with other eCommerce platforms (e.g., Amazon) is a plus.
