Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategies to attract new clients in the commercial cleaning sector.
Build and maintain strong relationships with property managers and other key decision-makers.
Leverage LinkedIn and other professional platforms to identify and engage potential clients.
Conduct meetings, deliver presentations, and negotiate terms to secure long-term strategic contracts.
Analyze client needs and provide tailored cleaning solutions that deliver measurable results.
Monitor the competitive landscape and identify opportunities for growth.
Achieve and exceed sales and contract-related KPIs.
Requirements:

Proven experience in B2B sales (experience in cleaning services or related industries preferred).
Strong skills in building strategic partnerships and conducting negotiations.
Proficiency in using LinkedIn and other networking tools for lead generation.
Results-oriented mindset with the ability to identify and implement innovative solutions.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Fluency in English at a professional level.
