JOB OVERVIEW

Job Description:

We are launching a startup aimed at helping small businesses integrate AI to run more efficiently.

Our mission is to build a multi-channel content engine
—from blog posts and faceless YouTube videos to Instagram shorts and automated newsletters
—all powered by AI.

We need a proactive, results-driven virtual assistant who can help us set up and manage automation workflows and social media content to get our business off the ground.

This is a part-time role (minimum 20 hours per week) with potential to transition to full-time as we grow and achieve our goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Implement AI Automation Workflows:
• Set up and manage automation flows using platforms like Upgrade to see actual info and tools such as Blotato.
• Use AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) to quickly summarize technical documents and blueprints.

– For example, copy key text or take screenshots and prompt:
"Summarize the following text in simple language suitable for a high school student. Highlight the key features and integration steps."

– Then, use a follow-up prompt:
"Based on the above summary, list three actionable integration steps."

Content Repurposing & Social Media Management:

• Convert blog posts into faceless YouTube videos, Instagram reels, and shorts—with a small talking head overlay if needed.

• Schedule and post content across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).

• Monitor engagement and adjust strategies based on performance.
Efficiency & Accountability:

• Work a minimum of 20 hours per week with the expectation to log all hours accurately using TimeProof.

• Focus on rapid execution—analysis must yield quick, actionable results.
Performance & Growth:

• Help drive our growth with a goal of building a strong online presence and eventually helping thousands of small businesses.

• Earn additional commission-based bonuses for meeting key milestones, such as customer acquisition and successful workflow implementation.
Requirements:

Proven experience with AI tools and workflow automation (e.g., Upgrade to see actual info, ChatGPT, etc.).

Strong background in social media management and content scheduling.

Excellent time management and a business-oriented, results-driven mindset.

Ability to use AI effectively to generate summaries and actionable tasks.

Preferred DISC Profile: Candidates should ideally exhibit high Dominance (D) and Influence (I) scores, or equivalent traits, indicating a proactive, decisive, and results-oriented work style. (Candidates may be required to complete a DISC assessment as part of the application process.)

Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with full accountability.
