Your role? Source, assess, and place healthcare professionals, ensuring an exceptional client and candidate experience. No business development required—just focused recruitment, relationship management, and successful placements.

About the Role

As a Healthcare Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for filling healthcare job orders brought in by our Business Development Managers (BDMs) and Sales Development Representatives (SDRs). You’ll work directly with the Chief of Talent, ensuring a seamless hiring process and high-quality candidate submissions.

This is a client-facing role, meaning strong English communication skills are a must. You’ll be responsible for presenting candidates to clients, following up, and ensuring successful placements.

Key Responsibilities

- Sourcing & Talent Acquisition – Identify, attract, and engage top healthcare talent through proactive sourcing and database management.
- Candidate Screening & Assessment – Conduct in-depth interviews to ensure qualifications, compliance, culture fit, and job readiness.
- Candidate Presentation – Work with the Chief of Talent to present high-quality healthcare candidates to clients in a clear, professional, and compelling manner.
- Follow-Up & Relationship Management – Ensure smooth hiring processes, manage candidate pipelines, and maintain strong communication with clients.
- Sales-Minded Approach – While no business development is required, you must sell job opportunities to candidates, handle objections, and ensure strong candidate engagement.
- Process Adherence – Follow our Zoho-based recruitment workflow, keeping accurate records and updates in the ATS.

What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of healthcare recruitment experience (agency or internal talent acquisition).
- Strong English communication skills (verbal & written) – You will engage with clients and present candidates.
- Experience sourcing & screening healthcare professionals (Registered Nurses, Allied Health Professionals, Support Workers, etc.).
- Sales ability – You can sell job opportunities to candidates, handle objections, and maintain engagement.
- Tech-Savvy – Comfortable using Zoho Recruit or similar ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and CRM tools.
- Proactive & Detail-Oriented – You stay on top of job orders, follow up without being prompted, and ensure clients & candidates receive timely updates.

KPI Expectations (Outcome-Based)
- Placements per Month – Minimum 4 successful healthcare placements per month.
- Candidate Submissions per Role – Minimum 2 qualified candidates per job order.
- Placement Rate – Minimum 30% of submitted candidates placed.
- Follow-Up & Client Engagement – Respond to all client communications within 24 hours.
- Data Accuracy & ATS Usage – 100% of activities logged in Zoho Recruit.
