About Us:

We are seeking a dedicated Zoho ONE Specialist to join our team. This role involves building and implementing Zoho ONE into our organization and maintaining the system as a full-time admin.

Key Responsibilities:

- Build and implement Zoho ONE solutions tailored to our organizational needs.
- Administer and maintain the system post-implementation.
- Provide expertise in Zoho Desk and Zoho CRM.
- Collaborate with teams to optimize the use of Zoho applications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Zoho applications.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience with Zoho Desk and Zoho CRM.
- Strong understanding of Zoho ONE applications.
- Experience with additional Zoho applications and Power BI is a bonus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
