About the Role
We are seeking a Zoho CRM Specialist and WordPress Developer to join our team remotely. This role involves managing and optimising our Zoho CRM, improving our WordPress website, and integrating various platforms to streamline business operations. If you are proactive, detail-oriented, and thrive in a dynamic environment, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

Zoho CRM:
Setup, automation, and reporting.
Integrating Zoho CRM with WordPress, Xero, WhatsApp, Zoho email, and other platforms as needed.
WordPress Development:
Conducting a website audit and resolving identified issues.
Enhancing website speed and performance.
Collaborating with our SEO expert to optimise the website.
General Tasks:
Supporting integration projects and aligning workflows across tools.
Skills & Experience

Minimum 2 years of experience with Zoho CRM and WordPress.
Proficiency with WooCommerce and Elementor.
Basic understanding of UI/UX and SEO principles (advanced SEO skills not required).
Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
Preferred Qualifications (not mandatory)

Certifications in Zoho or WordPress.
Portfolio of WordPress projects showcasing your skills.
Work Details

Hours: Flexible schedule, with one weekly meeting scheduled during Philippine working hours.
Communication: Must respond to emails and WhatsApp messages within 24 hours (excluding weekends/holidays).
Performance Monitoring

Weekly meetings and a daily worklog (a few words per day).
Use of TimeProof for time tracking.
