Zoho CRM Developer

We are a growing technology company seeking a skilled CRM Developer with specific expertise in Zoho CRM development. As part of our close-knit team of 5, you'll work directly with our Technical Team Lead to enhance and customize our CRM solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain custom solutions within Zoho CRM
- Write and optimize Deluge scripts for business process automation
- Design and implement API integrations between Zoho CRM and other platforms
- Create custom functions and workflows to improve business efficiency
- Collaborate with team members to understand and implement business requirements
- Participate in technical planning and solution architecture
- Document technical specifications and maintain development standards

Required Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience with Zoho CRM development and customization
- Strong proficiency in Deluge scripting language
- Demonstrated experience with API integration and RESTful services
- Understanding of CRM architecture and best practices
- Experience with workflow automation and business process modeling
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills in a team environment

Nice to Have:
- Experience with other Zoho products (Zoho Forms, Zoho Analytics, etc.)
- Background in web development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
- Knowledge of database concepts and SQL
- Previous experience in a small team environment
