Job Title: Zapier Automation Rockstar – Expert in Workflow Automation

We’re looking for a Zapier expert who can take our automation to the next level. This isn’t just about connecting apps—it’s about strategic automation that optimises business operations, integrates complex systems, and ensures every workflow runs flawlessly.

What You’ll Be Doing:
• Designing, building, and optimising highly effective Zapier automations that eliminate bottlenecks and improve efficiency.
• Integrating GoHighLevel (GHL) with other apps, CRMs, and marketing platforms to enhance automation capabilities.
• Troubleshooting existing Zaps, identifying and fixing errors, inefficiencies, and logic breakdowns (e.g., handling multi-step processes, conditional paths).
• Leveraging webhooks, APIs, and advanced Zapier functions (code steps, paths, filters) to create powerful workflows while ensuring compliance with Zapier’s execution limits.
• Documenting automation processes for scalability and future improvements.
• Collaborating with our team to identify automation opportunities and suggest workflow optimisations.

What We’re Looking For:
• Deep expertise in Zapier – you know the platform inside out, from simple triggers to advanced multi-step workflows.
• Experience working with webhooks, APIs, and custom scripting (JavaScript, Python, or similar) to extend Zapier functionality where needed.
• Strong understanding of Zapier’s limitations, including bulk data processing, execution timeouts, and looping constraints, and the ability to implement smart workarounds.
• Knowledge of CRM platforms, especially GoHighLevel (GHL), plus tools like Google Sheets, Slack, Airtable, and other business apps.
• Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills—you can quickly identify why a Zap isn’t working and optimise workflows without breaking a sweat.
• A problem-solver mindset—you think automation-first and can quickly assess whether Zapier is the best tool for the job or if an alternative (like Make, Pabbly, or direct API development) would be more efficient.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple automation projects simultaneously.

Bonus Points If You:
• Have experience integrating Zapier with GHL and other business tools.
• Know how to write custom code within Zapier to push automation boundaries while keeping execution times within limits.
• Have a track record of building scalable, high-performing automation systems.
