Youtube Video Editor + Thumbnail

We have a newer Youtube Channel that covers Canadian political news. We upload one video a day which is about 10 mins long.

You will receive a script which has reference videos to cut and include in the final video with exact time stamps. So you don't have to spend time searching for videos and trying to figure out where to cut etc. You will also receive a voice over audio file which will go with the final video. Again it will be your job to make a video about 8-12 minutes long for us to upload.

What we are looking for:

1) Someone who has exceptional video editing experience and skills and understand youtube videos
2) Works with urgency
3) Keeps a high level of quality
4) Is able to create a video a day and initially having 3 available, so that we have a 3 day buffer
5) You are welcome to take 2-3 days off a week, however before taking days off you must have 3 videos made. So say you take two days off, then when you're back we will have 1 video scheduled that has not published yet. You will then need to create about 2 videos again to stay ahead, so that once again we have a 3 video buffer. This is important. This allows for say you fall sick or God forbid an aUpgrade to see actual info happens. This way we have enough time to get someone else on emergency to make videos. We cannot miss posting a video.
6) Ideally we want a video creator/editor and also someone who has lots of experience creating breath taking thumbnails. If you cannot create thumbnails and can only do video thats fine. We will need 3 thumbnails per video. So that is 3 thumbnails a day.

Pay:
1) We will pay $400 Canadian Dollars on the 1st of every month if you can ONLY create videos
2) We will pay $500 Canadian Dollars on the 1st of every month if you can create both videos and thumbnail
3) Payment is through Paypal or Wise-You must be able to simply send us an invoice and then we can pay via Paypal or Wise

Length:
1) This job is long-term. In case we sell the channel, I would want you to stay on
2) Will pay $4,000 CAD as a one time bonus when I sell the Channel as well

We like to have 3 videos ready and scheduled a head of time, so that we have a 3 day buffer in case we run into hiccups.
