**What We’re Looking For:**
We're in search of a **remote video editor** who can take unedited footage and turn it into polished **YouTube Shorts** and **tutorial-style videos**. This is a fast-paced position where deadlines matter, so if you're someone who gets things DONE and thrives on efficiency, this might be a great fit.

**Requirements:**
? Strong editing skills (especially for vertical content)
? Ability to cut long-form tutorials into clear, engaging Shorts and full-length edits
? Fast turnaround time
? Creative instincts for what works on YouTube and social media
? Experience with YouTube-style editing (titles, transitions, zooms, sound effects, etc.)
