Hey there! We are looking for an A+ retention video editor that wants to get their foot in the door of an excellent, fast-growing company in the content creation space.

??About The Job

We're on the hunt for video editors who can edit engaging talking head videos for Shane’s associates (Other content creators, with growing YT channel). This isn’t just any regular company, and this is not your average 9-to-5 job. This position will give you the opportunity to join a successful, fast-growing company in the content creation space.

What You’ll Do:

Edit and produce 1-2 top-quality (talking head) long-form, landscape videos per week that meet our client's standards.
Collaborate with a team of like-minded individuals to develop and implement ideas for video projects.
Ensure that all video content aligns with our brand's tone, style, and messaging.
Create and maintain an organized system for video files and project timelines.
Work closely with the content team to ensure the timely delivery of finished videos.

You're a great fit if you have:

(REQUIRED) Previous experience editing engaging long-form (talking head) YouTube videos
Expertise in video editing software including but not limited to: Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop or any similar software that can produce top-level quality videos (average length: 15 minutes)
A strong portfolio that showcases your video editing skills and creativity
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with a team
Creative mind and storytelling skills
Knowledge of similar brands is a plus (Iman Gadzhi, Ali Abdaal, Hamza)
