Hi, I’m Rochelle Bramwell, the founder of BeWellDesign. I help ambitious women create financial, time, and location freedom by building profitable digital product businesses, using AI and automation to make the process simple and scalable.

My YouTube channel (Upgrade to see actual info) provides practical, actionable strategies on starting, growing, and scaling a digital product business, covering Etsy, AI tools, Pinterest marketing, and mindset shifts for success.

As a busy entrepreneur and coach, I need a creative and efficient video editor to help me produce high-quality, engaging content 2-3 times a week. If you have a strong eye for pacing, visuals, and storytelling, I’d love to work with you!

WHY THIS ROLE MATTERS

My YouTube channel is a key part of my coaching and digital product business, helping me educate and empower women to break free from traditional jobs.

Your editing will be instrumental in:

- Enhancing engagement & retention so viewers stay until the end.
- Elevating production value to position my brand as professional yet relatable.
- Maintaining a polished, cohesive brand aesthetic.
- Securing Leads (through my lead magnet) and sales (through my digital products) featured in every video

I’m looking for a long-term, reliable video editor who can bring my content to life and help me grow my audience with high-quality storytelling and visuals.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Edit 2-3 YouTube videos per week (typically 10–20 minutes long). I currently aim for twic a week but plan to increase to 3x a week soon
- Turn raw footage into engaging, polished content that reflects my brand aesthetic and messaging.
- Incorporate the following elements to maximize viewer engagement:
- Dynamic stock B-roll with a modern, urban, female-skew l to enhance storytelling. (you will source this).
- Technical demonstration B-roll (I will provide when needed).
- Video overlays showcasing my digital products (I will provide).
- Captivating intros & outros to improve retention.( i have an intro and outro already but open to your recommendations)
- Text overlays, motion graphics, and callouts to emphasize key takeaways.
- Smooth transitions, color correction, and audio balancing.

- Ensure engaging pacing, jump cuts, and zooms to maintain viewer attention.
- Keep videos aligned with my brand's clean, modern, and vibrant aesthetic.
- Collaborate with me to refine the storytelling style and continually improve video quality.

REQUIREMENTS

- Proven experience in video editing (preferably for YouTube creators).
- A portfolio showcasing past work (to demonstrate your skills)
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
- A strong sense of visual storytelling and audience retention techniques.
- An eye for pacing, aesthetics, and engagement-driven edits.
- Ability to add creative elements that align with the channel’s vibe and enhance watch time.
- Excellent communication & responsiveness to feedback
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Ability to meet consistent deadlines (2 videos per week).

BONUS SKILLS

These aren’t required but would definitely make you stand out:
- Experience editing for digital marketing or business-focused channels.
- Knowledge of YouTube SEO & audience retention best practices.
- Basic graphic design skills for thumbnails.
- Familiarity with stock footage platforms (e.g., Storyblocks, Envato Elements, Pexels).

COMPENSATION

- $20–$50 per video, depending on the video’s quality and complexity.
- 2-3 videos per week = consistent, ongoing work.
- Opportunity to grow with the channel as the audience and budget expand.
- Payment via [your preferred payment method].

TRIAL PROCESS

1- Application Submission:

2- Paid Trial Project:
I’ll send over raw footage for a paid test edit ($25 flat rate).

3- Feedback + Decision:
I’ll review the trial video, provide feedback, and let you know if we’re moving forward together!
