YouTube Video Creation Assistant (No Technical Skills Required)

We are a Japanese AI tech company developing an in-house video production management platform that leverages AI to create engaging videos and share them with audiences around the world via YouTube.

We plan to cover a wide range of video genres, including:
- Original Animation
- Sports
- Fortune Telling
- Book Summaries
- International Issues
- Vtuber Clip Videos

Job Description (No job is too difficult)
- Selection of background material for videos from candidates prepared by AI
- Searching for materials to use in videos
- Correcting poor quality AI-generated video parts with Filmora
(No difficult editing is performed. You can learn how to operate it in 30 minutes.)
- Select a background material for the thumbnails

Working Conditions
- Location: 100% remote (no commuting required)
- Hours:20 hours/week, Monday to Friday, between 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
(Ideal schedule: 2 days at 8 hours, 1 day at 4 hours, but we're open to discussion)
- No overtime or night shifts
- Philippine Holidays: Off
- No social insurance coverage
- Salary: Starting at 12,500 peso per month
(Reduction for time off due to personal circumstances such as floods, etc.)
- Bonus: No December bonus (13th-month pay) due to being a Japanese company
