YouTube Manager for Yoga Channel

I am looking for an experienced, strategic and creative YouTube Manager to oversee my YouTube channel, with my yoga nidra and Yoga and Kinesiology offerings.

The ideal candidate understands YouTube’s algorithm, SEO, and can work with me on content trends and can develop strategies to increase views, watch time, and subscribers.

Ideally you are also an audio engineer who can mix my yoga nidra audios.
I have another video editor VA who is taking care of all the video shorts, so I don't need video editing skill set.

This job will begin at the end of March.

Here are the key responsibilities, tasks and metrics

Key Responsibilities:
- to begin - posting our yoga nidra and recordings and help the algorithm to find our sessions
- (the primary competitor is Ally Boothroyd, though there are others)
- post our new videos on Kinesiology and Yoga
- as we post, you can research trends, competitors, and audience preferences to inform my content direction.

SEO & Optimization Tasks
- Optimize video titles, descriptions, tags, and thumbnails for maximum reach and engagement.
- Implement best practices for YouTube SEO, metadata, and keyword research.
- Create nidra thumbnails (I have ideas for these) and A/B test designs for better performance.
- Utilize playlists, cards, end screens, and other tools to increase watch time and audience retention.

Analytics & Performance Tracking Tasks
- Monitor and analyze YouTube analytics to track performance and make data-driven decisions.
- Generate reports on key metrics such as watch time, audience retention, and subscriber growth.
- Present ideas and suggestions based on insights and optimize content for maximum impact.

Metrics -
I want to focus on metrics like - watch time, audience retention, comments and clicks to my website. Later in March, we'll be setting up my store to purchase the nidras, but we won't start selling until April.
