* Work efficiently under tight deadlines and deliver polished content promptly.
* Create expert-level YouTube thumbnails that drive clicks and stand out.
* Adapt editing styles based on client and audience feedback.
* Bring creative ideas to the table to improve content quality and engagement.

Requirements:
* MUST HAVE AT LEAST 3 YEARS EXPERIENCE***
* Proficiency in video editing software (Premiere Pro, After Effects, or equivalent).
* Strong understanding of YouTube algorithms, trends, and audience retention techniques.
* Experience with motion graphics and sound design.
* Portfolio showcasing YouTube longform videos and high-quality thumbnails.***
* Ability to communicate clearly and meet deadlines consistently.
* Exceptional attention to detail and ability to work independently.
* Can make EXCELLENT YouTube Thumbnails
