Key Responsibilities
Create and implement powerful SEO strategies to draw traffic from both YouTube and Google.
Optimise every detail—metadata, tags, thumbnails, descriptions, links, and more—so our podcast’s videos capture attention and drive engagement.

Dive into analytics, conduct channel audits, and stay one step ahead of our competitors with actionable insights.
Monitor platform trends, algorithm updates, and audience behaviours to keep our channel at the forefront.
Collaborate with the creative team to produce thumbnails that captivate and convert, blending design and strategy for maximum impact.


You Might Be the One If You…
Have 2+ years of experience in YouTube Growth Management.

Are a YouTube SEO expert, fully aware of how search algorithms evolve.

Excel at crafting metadata, descriptions, and tags with perfect English.

Have hands-on experience with TubeBuddy, VidIQ, and YouTube Analytics for data-driven decisions.
Understand how Google SEO complements YouTube strategies.

Love getting into the details, solving problems proactively, and adapting quickly to updates.
Strive to innovate, improve, and deliver outstanding results consistently.

Are fluent in English (spoken and written) and comfortable speaking on video calls.

Include the phrase “YouTube SEO Pro” in your CV or cover letter to demonstrate attention to detail.

Can work in US Time Zone (graveyard shift in the Philippines or at least 4 hours overlap).

Are available full-time, 8 hours per day, 5 days per week.

Have a reliable internet connection and video call setup.
