Are you passionate about YouTube growth, personal development, and authentic marketing? We’re looking for a highly creative and emotionally intelligent YouTube expert to help expand Wendy Garrido’s brand and impact.

You'll work closely with our Project Manager and Admin VA to grow Wendy’s YouTube presence and create engaging content that speaks to six- and seven-figure entrepreneurs.

What You’ll Be Doing:
Review audio memos from Wendy regarding content direction.
Check Frame.io for feedback and implement changes.
Edit and optimize videos for YouTube.
Create eye-catching thumbnails and optimize content using VidIQ.
Handle video production (editing, effects, branding).
Manage bi-monthly YouTube live sessions.
Draft content-based email sequences.
Align content calendar topics with strategy.
Coordinate with the Project Manager on content execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation & YouTube Growth
Edit high-quality videos for YouTube and other platforms.
Design thumbnails that drive clicks and engagement.
Enhance videos with subtitles, overlays, and brand elements.
Brainstorm creative content ideas for an entrepreneurial audience.
Stay up to date with YouTube algorithm changes.
Moderate comments & live stream chats.
Optimize videos for search (SEO & metadata).
Analyze channel performance metrics and suggest improvements.
Repurpose content for other platforms like Instagram & TikTok.
What You Need to Succeed:
? 5+ years experience in YouTube channel management & video production.
? Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Canva, Photoshop.
? Strong knowledge of YouTube SEO, analytics, and algorithms.
? Experience working with Frame.io.
? A background in personal growth and emotional intelligence.
? Understanding of authentic marketing & content strategy.

Bonus Points If You Have:
? Experience with Amazon book promotion.
? Knowledge of SEO and social media trends.
? Background in data analytics.
? Personal experience with Internal Family Systems & relationship dynamics.
? Understanding of emotional intelligence & trauma-informed approaches.
